“11/10 would recommend.”
This is one of the most comprehensive, massive, thought-of-everything Notion templates I have ever purchased. The Start Guide is a perfect how-to and makes sense in going from using Notion to using the Template. Everything has been thought of without being overwhelming, automations to make everything easier have been included, and I'm so excited to use this and further reduce my overwhelm in organizing everything I want to accomplish with my platform and put all of my brainstorming, tasks, content, projects, and more in their place, without fear of being lost. Now I'm looking at what other Notion templates and other tools I might need and/or want. 11/10 would recommend.
“After installing everything, I was honestly blown away.”
I was searching everywhere for a comprehensive version to properly build out my business, but I just couldn’t find anything that really fit my needs. Then I came across this shop and I’m so glad I did! After installing everything, I was honestly blown away. It’s absolutely amazing. All the pages and links are perfectly structured and easy to customize to my own preferences. It has given me exactly what I needed to fully develop and organize my business the way I envisioned. Everything works smoothly and looks beautiful. You can really tell how much care and effort went into creating this. Thank you so much, Gabi, for your beautiful work! I truly appreciate it!
“…you'll only need this one forever and it's set up so well.”
I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to say that this template is great and the customer service and level of care from Gabi is great. The template has everything you need to be organised, whilst not being completely over-complicated. And I had a few sections I wanted added to the Daily planner section, and Gabi said to add her as a Guest and went into my personal Notion and changed the things for me, which is just so sweet of her and amazing customer service. Whilst this planner is more expensive than some other options, it's totally worth it because you'll only need this one forever and it's set up so well.
“…I feel like I finally have a handle on my business.”
Wow!! This exceeded my expectations. I’m typically a do it myself person, but after struggling to get my Notion account to look how I wanted, I caved and bought this planner. Within the first few hours of playing around with it and exploring all of the different tabs, I feel like I finally have a handle on my business. Everything is organized and easily findable and I’m able to keep track of all my projects and SOPs. Found this planner on TikTok and I’m so glad I did. You’ll love it!
“…I just knew I needed one for life.”
After purchasing the ultimate business planner from Gabi, I just knew I needed one for life. Lucky for me, when asked, she said that she was planning to release one soon! I literally stalked her page waiting for this template to be release and I bought it immediately when she told me it was finally ready. I cannot comprehend the amount of time and effort. It takes to create something so comprehensive as this life planner. I’m excited to dive into this and make it my own. And after some use, I’ll be back with the updated review.
Frequently asked questions
Straight away. Checkout hands you a download link on the spot and the same link lands in your inbox - there is no waiting on me.
The link opens the Notion template. Hit Duplicate in the top right and it is yours to edit forever.
Nope. Everything here works on the free Notion plan.
You can open it on your phone, but these planners are built for desktop and laptop - the wide database views are the whole point, and they collapse on a small screen.
Yes, you can, but only if you're willing to learn how Notion works in general, and then how the system works, and spend some time exploring it. These are fully integrated systems where most of the pages and databases are connected and talk to each other, pulling data from one place to show you summaries, progress, and overviews somewhere else. The first time you open one, there's a lot going on, and you won't understand the whole thing at a glance.
You'll have help with that. Every system comes with a Start here guide, and every database has a short description explaining what it's for and how it connects to the rest.
But if you're not up for learning and exploring, and you want something you can open and use in ten minutes, these templates aren't for you. Have a look at the freebies instead. They're simple, beginner-friendly, and a much better place to start.
Because these are digital templates you keep the moment you open them, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges. It is why every listing has photos of the actual pages, so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
If something is broken or a link will not open, email me and I will fix it.
