Here's exactly what you can do with the IG Grid Planner Widget 👇

1️⃣ Display up to 60 posts per widget

Plan and preview up to 60 upcoming posts at a time, so you always know what your feed will look like.

2️⃣ Curate your feed in seconds

Arrange your upcoming scheduled posts with a simple drag-and-drop to find the perfect look for your feed and your Notion db will sync with the changes automatically

3️⃣ Hover over each post to see the scheduled date and headline

Quickly see the key info behind each post - without cluttering the visual.

4️⃣ Click to enlarge posts, swipe through carousels, and play videos inside the widget

No more guessing how a Reel or carousel will flow. You can finally feel how your content will land - before it goes live.

5️⃣ Create as many widget as you need

You can connect each widget to the same Notion database and filter which posts show up (great if you manage multiple accounts or platforms in one place - like IG and TikTok).

Or, create widgets from different databases entirely - it’s flexible either way.

6️⃣ Display images from external links - No need to re-upload everything into Notion. Just paste the link to your image or video and your grid updates instantly. No downloading required.

7️⃣ Direct Canva previews - Just paste your Canva share link and the design shows up in your widget. No downloading, no uploading, no back-and-forth.

8️⃣ Choose between dark and light mode

Switch between clean light mode or sleek dark mode to match your aesthetic.

Here's what happens when you purchase the IG Grid Planner Widget

2️⃣ Set up your first widget in 5 mins

To make the widget work with your content, you’ll create a Notion integration token from your Notion profile. This token gives the widget permission to access the specific database where your posts live - nothing else.

You’ll paste that token and select your database during setup. The token is securely stored in the backend and used only to:

  • Load your posts visually into the widget, so you can preview your grid in real time

  • Update scheduled dates when you reorder posts (if you choose to use that feature)

You’re in full control of what’s connected, and you can revoke access at any time by simply deleting your Notion integration token.

Here's a recap of everything that's waiting for you inside 😍

Frequently asked questions

  • Is it safe to use it?
Yes, absolutely - and here’s exactly how it works: To use the widget, you connect it to your Notion database via a secure API token. This token gives access only to the specific database you share - it does not give access to your full Notion workspace. If you want to use the reorder feature, the token will need update permissions so the widget can reflect your drag-and-drop changes back into your Notion database. But if you prefer not to use this feature, you can connect the widget in read-only mode with no editing rights required. Your token is securely encrypted and stored, and you can revoke or delete it at any time directly from your Notion settings. The widget simply reads or updates your database based on your permissions - nothing more. You’re fully in control of what’s shared, how it works, and when access ends.
  • Do I need to pay for Notion to use it?
Nope! You can use the widget with any Notion plan - even the free version.
  • How many widgets can I create?
Unlimited! Use it for your own accounts, client dashboards, multi-platform grids (IG, TikTok, etc.) - whatever you need.
  • How do I access it after I buy?
Right after purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to your personal setup page plus an easy step‑by‑step guide.
  • Is there a limit on how many posts I can preview?
The widget lets you display up to 60 posts per widget - great for batching a month or more of content in one view.
  • Can I return it after purchase?
Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final. Once you receive the widget and setup materials, there’s no way to “return” access.
  • Can I connect this widget with my client’s content?
Yes! If you’re a social media manager or content strategist managing client content from your own Notion workspace, you can absolutely use the widget within your own pages. You’ll just connect it to the database where you’re planning their posts. If you do need to connect the widget to a database inside your client’s Notion workspace, you’ll need to set it up with their integration token. In that case, make sure they understand the widget will have read and update access to the database you connect - so it can display and (if enabled) reorder content.
